This will be a simple pdf tool for small budget that will be used to insert existing pdf files, delete or white out text. and generate a receipt that will have to perform basic adding and subtracting like a spreadsheet.
It will be able to change page ordering
file sent to email via gmail.
Coding must be provided.
If app can be online (built into joomla website) that will be great
in cakephp if possible
