Customization of a VirtueMart website

Hi,
i installed a joomla 1.5 website with the virtuemart component. i need some modification like:
- in virtuemart main page changing the order of block (special products > categories > recently seen)
- inserting a menu in the footer
- in "browse category" page dont display special products
- formatting all titles in the same way via CSS
- display modules titles on left sidebar
- changing the formattin of the shopping cart displaying only quantity of products choose, total price and show cart link
- formatting via css the top menu
- in virtuemart administration panel dont display some menu items
and maybe other little modification that i will pay separately if i ask them... all graphics are provided.
availability on skype/msn/gtalk requested.
i also want a list of all pages modified, pages have to be commented to let me understand which changes u did.
