Please take a look at [url removed, login to view] This is a Joomla created site which has the Mosets Hot Property vacation rentals extension integrated. (See [url removed, login to view]).
Unfortunately, I have discovered that Mosets Hot Property does not offer me the full functionality that I require. So I now need a Joomla/PHP expert to either create and install a component or alter the existing Hot Property extension to enable the following additional functionality (or to enable the following additional functionality in any other reliable, stable manner):
1. Feature/criteria categories as example attached, which owners can select from when they list a property and with which users can filter search results.
2. Google Maps/Google Earth.
3. A Rates calendar so that seasonal rates are shown in a standardised format across all properties. Just something simple as attached but which will enable owners themselves to set up to six periods (dates) and the rental rates for those periods. What I want to achieve is a situation where users can look in the same area on each listing and find rental rates presented in the same, general format as opposed to possibly having to search through property descriptions etc to find rental rates.
Alternatively, I am happy to consider a replacement for the Mosets Hot Property extension, providing that it offers the same functionality as Mosets Hot Property (except for the Availability Calendar which I do not need) plus the three functions listed above.
