Joomla Website Mockups - Ongoing Work

I need a designer/coder that I can use for ongoing/regular work. Emphasise on Designer. I would like to be able to do projects in stages. 1. order website sample mockups. jpg. Set Price. 2. convert mockup to Joomla/MijoShop (opencart) template. ready for install. Set Price. 3. Create complete website including pages, content forms etc. 4. Ad hoc troubleshooting and tweaking of designs, layout, code. Hourly Rate. Most projects will be Joomla. Joomla/Mijoshop. All your work must be standards compliant including Joomla, CSS, HTML etc All work must be done using Overrides/ vQmod where possible. All code changes must be fully commented. All images, code, design must be royalty free, copyright free, original work. All original work completed on projects for me will be owned by me and code my be commented as such. No FLASH or JAVA elements to be used unless agreed. All sites to by Dynamic or Responsive. (adjust to device, Mobile, Tablet, PC.) Current Project: I require 2-3 website design mockups for a Joomla/MijoShop site. I need them ASAP. If I am happy with the mockups then I will need tempalte created and I will 2-3 other site designs that I need. Thanks
