Small amendments to Joomla Website required

We are looking for some design amendments to our joomla 3 website. We need the website banner changed to be the same as another website which we will provide to you. Also one of the modules is not displaying correctly in a certain position and we would like you to amend it so that it displays correctly in "position 7" position.
