Web to Print Storefront

I need an online web to print storefront with an online design tool in joomla 2.5 / Virtuemart 2.0. It needs to be able to work on all computer browsers, Chrome, Safari, IE Firefox etc and also the ipad/iphone/droid etc. I will supply photoshop visuals for each page and product. we will need to be able to upload print templates for the customers to pick from and customize to be there own have a comparable back end admin dashboard like the example below. for the online design i would like there to be a free side and a premium side that costs a little bit but the templates are better quality. also want the ability to purchase the template outright (exclusive rights) and remove from market. whenever a file is created or uploaded the system needs to provide via email or some way a download link for the files to get pulled of the ftp. the files should be print ready pdfs. files should expire on ftp after 30days or so. if the user uploads a jpeg our system should convert it into a cmyk pdf. i would like to have several file extension handlers for jpeg, pdf, ai, psd, eps, idd, tiff, png, SEO is very important on this site so we want seo friendly urls meta description & keyword boxes everywhere. not mandatory but i would like to get creative on this and somewhere in the checkout process an option a.) share the site on facebook receive 10% off or b.) enter/invite 5 friends emails that might be interested in printing and get 10% off too Functionality will be exactly the same as this site "[login to view URL]" 1. Select Category 2. Select Product 3. Select Template 3. Edit Product online (change text, font, upload jpeg/tif image, rotate, enlarge etc). 4. its pretty important that the site loads quickly and can adjust depending on the users browser and browser version. The admin site should allow me to upload and edit the templates/categories for each product ( please see the above website as a demo) ability to add new products with attributes The page should have all the necessary functions for web to print: admin panel for price change etc customer login customer registration with auto newsletter checkbox checked products overview Price calculator for all products some how i want to integrate an affiliate program where affiliates will have a unique virtue mart url / landing page maybe even a token of some sort in order to track sales and still be able to utilize our intuitive software. We Would like to place this component on the joomla marketplace and sell licenses etc. if somebody can complete this stuff at a reasonable cost and produce good quality work. then i have a bunch of stuff for phase 2!
