I'd like to create a sentiment analysis tool using the steps provided here - [url removed, login to view]
The difference being is that I need it created as an API so that I can call the API via web scripts such as PHP, so you'll need to think about using MYSQL.
I have a very good private server that's PHP/MYSQL accessed via WHM/Cpanel
I need a consultant who can construct a plan on how to make this happen and develop and run the project.
