Joomla Expert for developing Website

Hi, I am looking for someone to work with in developing a joomla site. The site is currently live but at the minute is little more than a basic joomla install. I would like someone to be able to help develop and customise the site, and work within the development process (using tools such as Git) to attain a professional and easily supported site. Should you win this bid you will have access to a wiki site with instruction on how to grab a copy locally, use git to update and push to a UAT site. I have some design ideas but will be looking for someone who can contribute ideas as well as the expertise. Knowledge of SEO would be a plus.
