Need OSC login screen fixed

We seem to be having a problem with customers logging into the store:

[url removed, login to view]

I create an account with an email. When I login the the page stays the same and the fields go blank. When I goto forgot password and I get a temporary password, the screen does the same thing when I try the new password. Could you please fix this? thanks
