PHP export to correct import issue + 2 changes

"IMPORT ERROR:

-2 lines from import file is imported into one table: ODDS entry.

The fields: LP1, LP2, LP3 is not imported correctly. Seems that LP3 from file is updated into LP2, LP2 into LP1 or something like that

Current import script imports data from a file (2 lines updating in a single table). 2 lines from that file is displayed below:
