PHP Scraper Script for [login to view URL]

I need a simple scraping script written in PHP to scrape data from sample site [url removed, login to view] and then do the following with the data scraped:
1) Take the title, reply email (if it exists), description and photos (if they exist).
2) I will be running the script on a cronjob every 5 minutes, so the script needs to check to make sure an identical post does not get added twice.
3) Upload the photos for each post into a folder.
4) Insert the above information into a mySQL database (separate table for the pictures)
Essentially I want to be able to scrape the complete post and put it into my mysql database.
