e107 Website Plugin

I am interested in a plugin for a website which is on the e107 CMS. This is a website plugin which will enable users to access the e107 Forums using a mobile phone app. This mobile phone app may be driven by the Tapatalk engine or be the Tapatalk app itself. The work is focused on the website coding in order to allow the integration of Tapatalk. It's important that the plugin supports more than basic Tapatalk functionality. Please specify in the Bid if there would be any limitations to functionality or usage from a Tapatalk perspective. The website uses the e107 CMS and the Forums program being used is the e107 Forums plugin. There is no consideration for converating away from the e107 CMS or using another Forum to be integrated into e107. As a result, it's preferred that bidders are familiar, if not experienced, with the e107 CMS.
