sms facility

for sms sending site, we reaquire two things [login to view URL] user will login the site, one online (throught website) sms window(popup) will open & user can (after login in site) send sms to any mobile no. if that nos. reply the sms send by the user of site & that user still online than that reply will get on the same sms windows of user if that user is offline than he will get replyed sms after being online means same like yahoo offline messege 2. one exe will made wich is downloadedble from the site, installing that exe on a pc with any os (windows, linux, mac)& exe will start & user of that site can give username & password of login to that software & he will get sms window at desktop (like yahoo chat) & that windows work to send sms & get reply of sms. we are using wireless modems(gsm/gprs/cdma modem) A modem script will be needed to run in PHP or Perl(Preferably in Perl). It will be run on a Unix system, not on Windows. The Modem script will be for MultiTech MultiModems (GSM/GPRS and CDMA -Two seperate technologies). The modem will be connected to a hub that will be conected to the serial Port. The hub connects to the server through the serial port as well. Our online form will accept all of the variables needed to send a message and will then store the data needed for sending(=To, From and Message). Each entry will lock the db file, write into it.(For multiple processes on same db file). Once the message has been successfully sent, the data will be erased from the Database. The database will be seperated to different modems based on the phone number script that we already have. (For example to understand - 310-710-0003 will go under the Sprint Field in the Database(Sprint=Modem 1) and 203-665-3344 will go under the Tmobile Field(Tmobile=Modem 2) ...) The fields will need to be:1-Sprint/Nextel 2-Verizon 3-T-Mobile 4-Cingular/AT&T 5-Other Once the correct modem is free(is not sending), the message will be taken from the database and the script will send the [login to view URL] sending, the message will be erased. This script will have to be as efficient, fast and short as ossible(Less memory consumption and computing power). It will check if the modem is online/working and if not it will have a possibility to go send to another modem/database file to send through a different modem. On GSM Modems - GPRS will be enabled for faster messaging and GSM will be set as a backup incase the GPRS network is down. give us time duration for both the option & price too seperatly for both option.
