Additional features to yahoo store

Initially this will be just a brainstorming for a personal project. If the bid is reasonable, I might as well give it a go.

I have a running yahoo store online ( [url removed, login to view] ) and would like to add additional features into it.

The features will be :

1. e-bay auction

2. top 10 list

3. online delivery tracking from UPS

I also have a new layout for the site and I would like you to implement it into the existing store.

I would like to know if this project is possible and how much it will cost for implementing the features and also implementing the new layout.

Please also state how long does it take to do all these.

If you need specific scripting language for implementing the features, please state what scripts you will use and why.

I would only look into bid / comments from a coder who has had experience implementing yahoo store in the past, RTML coding fluency is a must. Please send me the link for reference.
