I need to auto-moderate some Yahoo Groups, using email moderation. When an email is sent to the group, an email is sent to me containing the message, and an email address I can forward the message to if I want to approve it, and another if I want to reject it. I need this automated, so if the message contains certain keywords/keyphrase, it's rejected, and approved if it contains other keywords/keyphrase. The keyphrases are set up in a pre-existing db table, marked for reject or approve. There are also group names set up in a table, should be used to determine which incoming messages to intercept. So software should: 1. Intercept email to a specific email address (it's a dedicated server, so I have full access), if it is sent from a specific email address in the format '[groupname]-owner[at][login to view URL]; on behalf of; Yahoo! Groups Notification [groupname]-accept-[accept code string][at][login to view URL]]', where groupname can be checked against the group name table mentioned above. 2. Open up the message sent as an attachment to this email, and firstly check for keywords to approve, and if not, check for keywords to decline. 3. If message to be approved, the message should simply be replied to (i.e. as if you hit reply and send on an email client) 4. If message to be declined, a different email address is in the original email for the purposes of rejecting the message - this should be located, and the email forwarded to that email address - it is in the format '[groupname]-reject-[reject code string][at][login to view URL]' 5. If neither decline or approve, no action is taken. 6. If poss, I should still be able to download all messages for the specific email address as normal. The code should exist in a directory on my site that is easily accessible via FTP, but not publicly accessible. I also need: 1. Full info regarding what changes have been made to files on my server 2. Back ups for any files on the server that need to be changed, before any changes are made.
