ebay API: Retrieve store categories dynamically into a html file

Retrieve ebay store categories dynamically in a html form. Please check attached file for reference. The store categories on the left are retrieved dynamically. ********************** MUST have previous experience with ebay api. ********************** Here is what we want, which i figured out is the best way after: 1. You have to call a "PHP" page that does the "GetStoreCategories" function call that returns the list of store categories in this format "STORE CAT WITH HYPERLINKLINK HERE" (we will provide ebay TOKEN) 2. The results are stored in an xml file in our server. 3. The javascript used in our html file should read data from the xml file and populate the categories. 4. Each time we run the php manually, it should create the xml file in our php hosting server. 5. I believe, we cannot directly execute the ebay api call each time because, that would make millions of calls a day considering we will have thousands of items in our inventory. And hence the best way would be to run the call manually (perhaps everyday) and read the data from an xml file. Do you have any more questions?
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
