Fixes needed on Web Application(repost)

I'm looking for someone to do a few fixes and enhancements to my Web Application. The immediate things i need are: - ability to have the application obtain IP's and perform various functions. - add interface to prompt users for data entry. - If possible, integrate ocr script. - ability to have the application search boards for user defined criteria and perform functions while using the obtained IP's - add function on admin page to change modes of operation - fix problem where images that are supposed to be attached is currently not working. - update linux and software for security updates. - fix some syntax which is not allowing images to show up in the application. - Make sure error reporting is functioning properly. Please send me a PM so that we can discuss in more detail to enable you to give accurate quote. These are the things I need fixed right now but I will be needing ongoing fixes on this. Which can mean ongoing individual jobs or possibly part or full time work.
## Deliverables
1) Implement site improvements that I need at the moment. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
