Modify a Payment Management script using Paypal & mysql Database

My Members ship system using [url removed, login to view] members make one time payment to register. The payments are split into 3 ways payment to a)random ID b)administrator c)refferer Now the payments are made using paypal which my program take users 3 steps on paypal to pay each fee set by the administrator. I need cgi script or php to be modify to accept one time payment which goes to the mysql datbase. users can log to their account and monitor their earnings. Once income reaches the set amount by admin member then can request payment "get paid" the admin will then manually paid users via paypal or send check. I have the script php that is actually doing the work fine just need you to copy and modify changes and implement them to work on my actual site [url removed, login to view] I also accept payments manually if a form can be use using catcha to enter credit card information this would be fine too.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
