Need strong team to work on all kinds web designing and development. Read whole very carefully and than bid. NO CRAZY BIDS.

You have to work on like these type of websites. Don't take them as projects. These are to show you. But like this might come. Assume them only.
**TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Must be okay with not accepting funds for a project until the project is 100% complete. more on this later. Funds will be paid in full via either bank account or paypal.
2. Must communicate on a daily basis. Must share all the contact details. Attach your? ids? while bidding.?
3. Must have a? employees to handle work loads. In same time you have to run? 4, 5, 6, 10, 15 or 20 projects. Project will? be from $100 to $100k or even more.? So, bid only if you can. No crazy bids. If you say you can than you have to. You must handle successfully.? Let us knoe about you manpower.
4. Must offer PHP, ASP, Flash,? Flex, AJAX, [url removed, login to view] and javascript programming including? skills of photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.

5. Must adaptive with new technologies. If you say we can't or we don't have developers than better not to bid on this project (if you don't have than hire).
6. Must do at least minimal graphic work although I have a graphic guy that takes care of more of my higher end projects from a graphic standpoint.
6. Must send updates on project that I specify we need updates on the next day.? We are? very? strict? in getting updates. Will you sending you formal specification of each job by assigning a job number like 17200, 17211, etc. If you can't show anything just tell the reason of it.
7. Must be able to hit deadlines. It should be maintained by you strictly.?
8. While? I am flexible on this to some extent, must work for the budget that? we determine for a project. **NO BARGAINING**.? we send too much work to be strong armed payment wise.
9. Must communicate with? me on a daily basis.
10. Must be good in english.
11. All work must be done on our? Godaddy server.? ?

## Deliverables
We outsource anywhere between 15-45k in jobs per month to 1 company. becuse of this we expect to be able to pretty much set my own payment terms and payment amounts for the most part. I won't ask you to work on a 3 month project with no deposit.
I've been working with 1 company for more than 1 years, and I've just about had enough and I"m looking to see if there is a better more professional company to work with.
I am not going to push you to do this and that. The work is yours and you take of that.? We will forward the project specifications and? will wait for everyday updates and for 100% completion of the work till given? deadline. **GIVEN DEADLINE SHOULD NOT BE MISSED.**
