permissions script

I need a very basic script.

for every folder in /home/virtual of the form sitex (x is a 1-3 digit number)

chown -R adminx: /home/virtual/sitex/fst/var/www/html

chown -R adminx: /home/virtual/sitex/fst/var/www/cgi-bin

there are other folders in /home/virtual that are not in the form sitex, these are to be ignored.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

bash shell, perl and python are available.
