We require a php script for online testing in our e-learning system.
The script should have some bar design for the template and we should able to easily change templates. The actual quiz area is white.
We need to able to add as many questions as possible. But, it should be one question per page. You need to add a 'prev' button and a 'next' button for each question page.
We will need to add pictures, flash or video, audio and hyperlinks but not for every page.
At the end of the test, the student clicks the 'finish' button and the result are shown to the student.
pass /fail and the percentage score (example: 55/100) and the number of questions correct.

We will need to able to report results to a mysql database. It is important to include all the hidden variables so we can make a php script to pass info to mysql.
We have included a previous server-side script for you to see and maybe you can adapt to this script.
If you can show us the quiz that you create online for testing. We will then require the script from you to test on our system. The we can complete the payment process. Escrow will be provided only after we see the finished project on your server first. Any adjustments must be completed even after payment has been made.
