Classifieds website - web 2.0 look and feel

I want a classifieds website with the web 2.0 look and feel. I need to have all the major categories on a classified site, this is not a specific market related site, people can put anything for sale. This can be based on a script being sell in the internet or can be a built from scratch project. I want a free site, however users must have a private area to manage their adds, i want a favorites sections where users ( registered or not ) can add some classifieds to a favorite list, and i also want users to have the ability to pay to have their adds in the front page or in relevant positions in the listings ( direct listings or search listings ). Users must have the ability to add photos or videos. Remeber: the look and feel of a web 2.0 site is very important. I want a simple site, but it must look very professional. ## Deliverables Alltough you can make the site in english, there must be a way that i can easily translate it. This site is for Portuguese and Brasil market. If you are fluent in Portuguese, better! If not you need to make the site in a simple way that a can easily translate all the content ( menus, forms, and so on... )
