We purchased an OSCommerce store as seen here:

We need to make some modifications to the oreder/processing modules.
The (main) company has 5 individual sub-companies.
They have a rewards program that entitles all employess to redeem 'safety points' and 'years of service points' for merchandise.
- these points are awarded daily/wekly/monthly by Admin
- they currently have 2000 approx employees
- their current prod catalog is approx 250 items.
At checkout, we need to have? 4 options for the end-user:
1.) Purchase item using reward points (in account)
2.) Purchase item using CC to purchase points to add to their account
3.) Purchase item using "payroll deduction" *
* Payroll deduction allows the employee to purchase any item, using their current points, and deducting the balance (shortcoming) from their next paycheck. Using this option is automatically 'pre-approved'.
4.) combinations of the above
Admins?
- need? the ability to add points to any/all employess accounts
- view record/history of all point allocations
Employees (end users)
- have the ability to login to their account to see current Point Balance, payroll deduction status, and purchase history, and see when points were added (history) by Admin
- have the ability to purchase points? (1 point =? 1.5 cents) using CC or payroll deduction? and have these points added to their account balance
to be able to instantly shop/purchase merchandise
We may have other requirements. we will discuss this with the winning bidder.
