Domain Availability Checking Tool

I need a script created that will access whois databases on Domain Names and check lists of domains for availability. There are many different scripts that already exist, I simply need one that is going to be the best, and not get an ip banned. I would suggest the bidders should have experience with this so we can figure out a way around getting an ip banned. I would like to check multiple bulk domain names in a legit fashion, and am not looking for a hack way.
