Front-end Graphic Work Needed Immediately

This is a front-end design job for an eCommerce site. The does not require back-end coding. However, if you have extensive experience with designing eCommerce sites and know how to code for proper SEO, I will also consider you for the back-end job. The following requirements are needed: 1. Strong fluency of the English language 2. Honor deadlines 3. Proper communication 4. Competitive pricing 5. Extensive experience in regards to scope of work; please be honest about your abilities 6. Available for ongoing projects 7. Willing to provide guidance in relation to best practices for the site In order to give a designer an idea of what I want for my site, I decided to design a mockup for my main page in Illustrator (no, I'm not a designer). I need a talented graphic artist to review the design of the main page and suggest revisions and tweak the design to comply with industry standards. In addition, I need the inner pages of the site designed (this consists of about 20 pages). This includes a blog and newsletter. I will provide you with the sitemap and will also reference sites for you to get an idea of how I want the pages designed. You must have extensive knowledge of how to code the pages for the programmer. I do know that I want the pages table-less and the design should include HTML/CSS.? I will probably be using Magento for the CMS. For your information, I would like the site designed and will have it coded in the following manner: no vertical hierarchy and the product pages cross-linked; product pages designed in a graphic image/text link combination; and, up-sell links included that show customers related products. I will be offering standard Paypal and another payment system similar to Paypal Pro. Only designers with significant feedbacks (60+) and repeat customers will be considered for the job.
