Parse a stream of Google Alerts into data that can be dumped in a calander on Outlook

I am looking to set up a 'Google Alerts' which will let us know when key words like 'To Speak' or 'To Present', etc... are mentioned in a news release. I want to then take these articiles and create a way to automatically go through them so that the important details can be extracted...things like Speaker, Company, Date, Time, location, etc...If possible, the extraction can be to a web site that has a User-ID protected Access. Finally, once these are in a raw data format (something like a CSV, or Excel or whatever is most effecient), I would like to have them be able to be imported into an outlook calander or other calander application.
