I'm looking for someone to build a website with a number of pages
the home page with the latest news
A latest news page that details past news and is more in depth
A members area, with the facility to sign up and become a member
Within the members area a list of top 10 members
Member details fed into a database or similar where preferences are made and points are awarded at intermitten times depending on certain factors that the website own will set and update i.e. If a member chooses 10 football teams, they will get 5 points when one of their team wins, 2 points when one of their team scores etc
A news feed (owner will update with information on a weekly basis, perhaps more often)
A page with comments sent in by members (a page to contribute to these that will be sent into a database or email address and easily uploaded into the comments section after they have been screened)
