PHPFOX Registration Form Edit!

Hi Freelancers, I want small modifications in phpfox registration form! I want to add two new field under the City field in Edit profile and also in sign up page we already made the city and worked but we need someone to do for us the other two fields! City and Sector and Ward! we need this two fields to be like countries and states so if some one choosed USA >> States will appear (its default) we want automatically after someon choose USA all cities and Sectors and Ward in USA to appear! hope this can be done for all countires and who will have the less price will be the winner i think this is a small job for an expert so dont bud high and say to me it is hard job! What i know about expert that this job is very easy to him! My budget is 30$ - 50$ if someone bid on 30$ will be awesome Note! Mooney will be given after seeing the results and after testing!
