customize wordpress for personal blog

this is an easy project for those who knows how to customize worpress. Please note that this is a personal project which i am doing for a friend. so budget is low. so lowest bid with best rating will get the job. 1) this is a personal baby blog 2) requires 3 columns. NEAT and simple 3) custom header graphics required. 4) as this is a personal blog for someone that has zero knowledge of using blog. it has to be easy to: -- write the blog -- add pictures on the blog -- add videos via direct upload or cut and paste URL from youtube --- add/link photso from flickr account 5) adsense plug-ins and affiliate plugins on the 2 side columns. 6) with web 2.0 features is a plus --- please submit samples of your work for review. and how you are planning to do this job. generic replies will be ignored. payment will be escrow thru GAF when job is awarded.
