Customizing a website

I have a website ([login to view URL])that i need to being customized. I need that -you can modify home page banners-> creating 1/2 new banners and exchanging the old ones in home page (flash preferred) -you can work on the help area: you have to correct txt in some area like "Help" for example : in simple words you have to study my site and write and fill all helps fields expecially where is not present any txt. I want a great Help area.
