I am looking for someone to create a »true« streaming website for me. Software used for streaming should be installed on a Linux dedicated server (Debian).

Streaming software needs to be free or cheap to buy, needs to be able to watermark streams, stream in Microsoft Media Video format and in Flash format. Software needs to be able to stream more channels at once, easy to operate and add new videos to playlist.

I was recommended by some to use FFmpeg ([url removed, login to view])

On the website there should be links to streams which would open on site (no design is necessary in this stage, only functionality), there should be an automatically generated schedule from the playlist for each channel with thumbnails of videos to come and timing (similar to: [url removed, login to view])

Please provide me with your past similar projects.
