Full Time/Long Term Programmer Needed

Hi Everyone!
I am looking to hire a full time programmer that can write software, connect functionality to existing software through API, and who has a little bit of Internet Marketing knowledge.
I have one important web-app I need built as soon as possible...it must look professional and work perfectly. There will be heavy drag and drop features, and you will be in charge of installing it, hooking up all the parts we need and will help me provide great customer service to my customers by helping fix any bugs, and creating later versions with more features.
I have a mock-up and an informational packet I can send you if interested!
I literally have a book full of projects I want to get off the ground.
On top all this I want someone who will not disappear on me, lie to me, or try to scam me...it has happened here and on other sites.
I am open to negotiate on salary...however, keep in mind that the better the work you do for me...the more I will pay in terms of salary and generous bonuses.

I work a day job so I need to work with someone who is professional, has solid equipment and experience, is communicative, and will work hard to help me make this company something you and I can BOTH be proud of.
