Google Fusion Tables (no design / graphics - just code)

IMPORTANT

- I only want to work with individuals - no companies or teams of developers.

- You must be proficient with git / and winning bidder should have an existing github account

- I am a senior iphone developer and we will be working together on this project.

- This project has a couple of steps - completion of this first step will provide additional work later on.

- You must use Fusion tables API PHP library / no exceptions.

Tasks

create an end point

Select from table of providers

eg. qry = "SELECT lat,lng FROM PROVIDERS"

get the 200 locations.

Now - select all users from another table that are nearby each of the locations above

qry = "SELECT lat,lng,Name FROM " + tableid + " WHERE ST_INTERSECTS(lat, CIRCLE(LATLNG("+lat+","+lng+")," + meters + ")

returns 50 names in json , and their long / lats of people nearby the nearby the 200 different locations.

eg.

users:[{"John","23.12",134.878"},{"Jack","23.12",134.878"}]

You may be able to do this with a sub query / if so - great.

That's it for phase 1.

I will provide table id / ftp user login details to test php server side.
