Need software to control computer activity for user. Block what is needed.

I searching for programmer who can make quality parental control software and website. For website's outside and inside will be using html templates. Software should not brake any copywrite of any other parental control softwares.

Parental control features:

1. Block websites by:

1.1 categories (gambling, adult, social networks and so on)

1.2 time spend a day (use internet for 1 hour not more or use facebook for 1 hour a day only)

1.3 Schedule which days can be use internet or specific sites. Example: Monday and Tuesday block from 9AM to 6PM.

1.4 Blocking from now up to 7 days.

2. Games bock:

2.1 Control how long can play games, can be able to block specific games, or to block only 18+ games.

3. Programs:

3.1 Block specific programs on computer.

4. Monitor:

4.1 Monitor activity (visited websites, played games and how long spent for it)

5. Capability:

5.1 Program should work on windows xp, vista, 7 and 8.

6. Users:

6.1 Should be able to setup several users who use computer. Users can have diferent restrictions.

7. Facebook, twitter monitoring.

7.1 Need the same functions as [url removed, login to view] has for this. Friends monitoring

8. If you use Free account:

8.1 Free account can block only by setting block for up to 7 days to do not use the entered website. Example block facebook for 24h hours, to unblock there is no possibility in that block (in premium should be able to choose or able to unblock or no in that set period of time)

9. If you use Premium account:

9.1 You can all features, but you should subscribe for premium.

10. Setting restrictions

10.1 Program should be controlled though the internet like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] (can control everything when user logins to our website), not from computer.

11. Uninstall

11.1 Uninstalling without knowing password should be hard or impossible (security from kids who want to delete program).

12. Updates

12.1 Should be offering new program updates for users if they exist.

13. Effective blocking

13.1 If block is set for [url removed, login to view] so it means website or inner page cannot be reach with any program like firefox chrome and so on, also with http:// or https://, with normal window or incognito window (k9webprotection has a bug It opens facebook in chrome incognito window when it is blocked). Blocking should work perfectly.

14. Main user selects what to show when opens blocked page. Like [url removed, login to view]

14.1 He can select to show our window with availability to unblock website for some time like 15min., 30min., 60min. or permanently.

14.2 He can select to show simple page without our logo, showing that site Is not working.

15. Website will be used for kids and for companies.
