[OpenCart Module] - Custom product configuration with image overlay

I need a custom module created for OpenCart (must follow architecture) that allows users to upload and adjust an image on an overlay (similar to business cards and tshirt websites. Below are the requirements. - Admin area of opencart has all configuration details under "Edit Module" (max upload size, acceptable image types, save image type, etc). - Add tab to product edit that allows the OC admin to enable this option for a given product and add it's configurable options (overlay image, bleed lines, link to PSD template (dev kit for clients), etc). - Saved file should be displayed under order details and easily downloadable. - Proper HTML5/CSS3 markup with zero errors. - Thumbnail of saved image should be displayed in cart checkout (not the default product image) with an option to view full size (without redirecting away from cart). - Store front must still display description and not effect product checkout options. - Able to provide support via email/skype after completion. I will be using this plugin with multiple clients and I'm sure there will be issues with different OC installs. - English and communication should be very strong. Note: This cannot be created in Flash, it must be HTML5 and work across all platforms. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask and I'll clearify.
