PHP HTML parser script update

I need a good php coder to recode a PHP parser class that pulls weather data from [login to view URL] I have code that worked with the page however the page layour has changed and the parser is now broken and needs adjusting I have attached the parser code function to this project for review This should be a quick simple fix for a good coder and i would like a quick turn around
