PHP Email Script AND necessary snippets of PHP in html document:
1- Collect the below variables from the .html page:
A. name
B. email
C. content
2- Verify that correct input is provided or provide an error message to the user in the same window in which they entered the information:
A. Verify that there is text in the name variable -REQUIRED
B. Verify that email address is an actual email address -REQUIRED
C. Verify that there is text in the content variable -REQUIRED
3- SMTP server is Google. Please configure host accordingly. I will add the username and password in for testing.
4- If there are any errors, I want the modal

1- Collect the below variables from the .html page (I have already created the Bootstrap modal window that I want to use to do so).
A. name
B. email
2- Verify that correct input is provided or provide an error message to the user in
the same modal window in which they entered the original information:
A. Verify that there is text in the name variable -REQUIRED
B. Verify that email address is an actual email address -REQUIRED
3- Check to see if there is already a ‘[login to view URL]’ file in the same directory.
A. If there is verify that the username and/or email address is not already on it. If so, post the below message in the modal window on the calling page:
“The email address that you provided is already on our mailing list”.
B. If there is no [login to view URL] file create one and write the name and email values on one line separated by a comma.
4- [login to view URL] document is to be emailed once a week to the below email address. I need a format which can easily be converted to Microsoft
Excel and imported into MS Outlook.
NOTE: I will forward a zip file of some of the work I have done thus far so you see how to incorporate it into the existing setup
