Scrape a website for text and images and convert to xml

I need a script written that will do the following:
1) Load a webpage
2) Change some form parameters to load yesterdays date and also load all records
3) It then needs to loop through each row on the page and extract the information to an an xml file
4) each row also has a link to a lightframe which needs to be loaded and an image extracted from it
5) the image needs to be save and recorded in the xml file next to its accompanying record for processing later
