seo a creloaded template

I have an old template that is built from tables and is not very well seo'd. I will need you to convert the template into div, make sure there is no css and html errors Make sure that the H1, H2 tags are in correct order and are optimized. Make sure the theme works perfectly with cdreloaded 6.4a b2b pro. Install the theme and incorporate all modules into the theme (I think there is only 1 module).
