Hello, I am looking to have a standalone application developed based on the following: We are installing wireless smoke detectors in our property and we would like you to develop a standalone application with front and back end to be able to control each detector independently from a computer (Central Station). Our Wireless smoke alarm incorporate Photoelectric sensing technology with a Wi-Fi Frequency of 433.92MHz, 315MHz. The wireless range is approximately 35m radius. Transmission Protocol is based on a Chip 2262 as the coder of transmission protocol. The host receiver can decodes the signal using chip 2272 or other chip which is compatible with transmission protocol from chip 2262. Each time the smoke detector is activated, a signal is send to the central station with: 1. When smoke is detected, a per-recorded voice message maybe activated (at user option); 2. When the concentration of smoke reaches the alarm threshold, the unit send a signal 3. When the battery life is low a signal is send; 4. In case of failure of the smoke alarm a signal is send; 5. When the smoke alarm is tampered (remove from its location, a signal is send. a. Device number b. Day and Time of activation c. Type of alarm alert d. Voice message activated e. Smoke threshold f.
