Web Based SMSc

My company requires a web based SMSc.

In order to keep costs down we require this to use Kannel and PlaySMS.

What is required of the system:

Receive:

Connectivity to SMS hubs via SMPP

To Receive SMS sent to our Telephone numbers (Telephone numbers will be various different global numbers)

To display the messages sent to these numbers

To forward SMS content via HTTP (more on this to follow below)

Send:

Connectivity to SMS hubs via SMPP (multiple)

To Send SMS from chosen Route Supplier

The ability to send SMS from File, or text input

The ability to specify reply to Number

Web Based Statistics

To read from SMSc

To have permission levels (Admin, Reseller, Client)

Admin can View all the Texts sent / received

Admin can assign / Remove SMS numbers to Resellers or Clients

Reseller can assign / remove SMS numbers to Clients

Information: Number of SMS received (in given time frame)

Content of SMS (Text String)

Sender's Phone number

Time

Date

etc

Further reporting of:

Quantity of SMS received (in given time frame) by:

Sender ID, Receiving Number etc

A GUI Is required for every aspect of the above mentioned system.
