Electronic Payment System Architecture

I am in need of a technical document that states how to create an electronic payment system. The system should be similar to that of paypal, just on a smaller level. The best example I'm looking to emulate would be that of [login to view URL] and their billing system or maybe rent-a-coder and their system. All transactions however will come from cc, no outside sources. Escrow will be used as well. If you are familiar with the architecture and tecnology, please prepare a document or maybe point me in the right direction for more instruction. This preliminary step will lead to a developer of the 'system', however we need to verify all components needed are accessible. ## Deliverables A pdf or doc document fully explaining all required parts of the puzzle and outsdie entities involved. Recommendation on properly designing and developing a working model. Similar to those mentioned. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Open to suggestions. ## Deadline information submitters of information will be first considered for the actual coding. This lets me know you are fully knowledgeable about the technologies.
