Immediate Full Time ASP.NET 2.0 C# MS SQL Developer needed

We need to hire one or more developers immediately. You need to be available full-time meaning 40+ hours per week.

We are in the middle of a project that has fallen behind schedule and we need more people to meet the deadline of late August. In reality we will probably finish mid September. Some of our developers have slacked off so we need someone to pick up the slack.

This is crunch-mode. You need to be highly motivated. It is important that you meet the deadline for each task assigned to.

You should have Visual [url removed, login to view] 2005 and Microsoft SQL 2005 and be strong in ASP.NET 2.0 and C#. It would help if you knew Microsoft SQL, [url removed, login to view] and how to call SQL Store Procedures. We want to use as much built-in ASP.NET functionality as possible. Our goal is to write the least amount of code. Work smart, not hard.

We also want to use the "latest greatest" so no ASP.NET 1.x stuff allowed. Strictly 2.0.

We are using CVS for source-control and [url removed, login to view] to manage the project.

Payment will be made every two weeks via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account in order to get paid.

Your rate per hour will be USD $20.

There are more projects lined up after this. If we like you then we may ask you to join future projects.

We hope to move into doing some cool Web 2.0 stuff in the future. The current project is not "Web 2.0" though but may involve a bit of AJAX.
