Multiple Window Webpage

G'day Coders This is what I would like. I am after a startup html webpage that I will set as my homepage. On this page it will have specific group links which will open multiple webpages at the push of one link. These windows should open without being blocked by my google and alexa toolbar, this important, special unblockable window generation would be good. To complement this I will need a simple multiple link code generator. Here is how it will work. I click on "Create New Group" new text box appears where I fill in the group name which will be the visible text of the new group link. I then fill out the visible text and url of each link i want in that group. A new link is added at the press of button. Once all the links have been completed I click generate code button and it spits out the code i need to add this new group link to my homepage. Simple huh? Well that was the easy part ;-) The next part is where it gets interesting and it is what I have always wanted. I want this starter homepage to have multiple windows. I love google it is currently my home page as I use it more than any other service. I don't want to lose the quickness of just typing in a search when i insert my own links so I would like to be able to have multiple windows open on the one page (maximum of 6). For example I would set on the html page the url (hardrive or net) of each window and then set the height and width % of screen and position of each of these windows (I don't even know if this is possible, but this is what I want). For example I would have my links taking the top 50% height 100% width of the screen and the bottom taken up by google. I would prefer if it didn't use dhtml type windows as firefox displays these differently than IE and maybe one day I'll change browsers. Thanks for your assistance in this pet project of mine.
