Automated File Uplaoding & formating scripts using email i need several scripts written that will automate the process of updating information on my site. they will be email driven and user driven one script will read my email server and look for key words.. then upload the text to verious ares on my website the other script is a basic file uploading script that will allow me to call up the file, input a report, then place a fromated report on the site..and send an email to a list of users I am open to user input how to do this most effectively ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. In addition to above.. I would like a script that reads my email server and monitors for certain key words.. when a new email with these key words arrives the script would execute a script on my web-site which places the email content into a webpage on my site.. The email will have a certain subject title and then certain key words in the body.. the program would search for these key words and then if they are present would then execute a script on the website which would then do then an up-date one of two webpages depending upon the key words in the text The updating would involve two functions.. the first would be to update a webpage by placing part of the content of the email in a new line on the webpage. The second function would be to update a section on the main page of the website by placing the some of the content. It would also be required to remove a line in order to maintain only the last 4 emails, a FIFO (first in first off basis) a small form would be created so that i can specify what content to look for and where to place the files I would also like a script that I could cut and past a report with both text and graphics and then have that report uploaded and stored on my website as well have a link created on an index page as well as have update a 4 title section on the main page. The script would email a list of email addresses informing them thatr a new report has been posted and place the report title in the email with a link. The user form should have the following boxes Title box.. this would be used to create the title for the emails and links in the index page and on the site. Title Box color ??" this box would allow me to scify the text of the ttile used in the links Content Box.. ??" this box would be the box where I could cut and paste my report Client code ??" this box would allow me to select which group(s) would be sent the emails. the script would then send the notification email ## Platform not sure but windows, linux and unix
