Create PrestaShop 1.4 theme from existing templates

I need a PrestaShop theme which I plan sell. So, I need someone with great PrestaShop technical skills and ability to create installation documentation.

Theme must use the PrestaShop 1.4 Theme Importer and have minimal changes (preferrably none) to PrestaShop core files.

In addition, I'm looking for a long term partner as I have many more themes to create.

Please provide examples of your previous PrestaShop 1.4 experience.

Also, please provide time estimate to complete this project.
