VB6 Class to validate an IP Address

I am looking for a VB6 class where I can pass it an IP address its SUBNET MASK and the actual IP address and it will validate it is in the subnet by returning true or false. Also be able to pass it the START IP address and the END IP address and the Actual IP address with a forth parameter that indicates it is a start/end type IP address Example: IpAuthenticate (“[login to view URL]?,?? 0.0.0.255??,??[login to view URL]?) Would return TRUE start/end type IpAuthenticate (“[login to view URL]?,?? [login to view URL]?,??[login to view URL]?,true) Would return true start/end type IpAuthenticate (“[login to view URL]?,??
