Frontend for launching emulators...

*****REVISION***** **Will accept application written in C# if possible.** **Resources:** I need a program written in Visual Basic .NET that mimics the following application: [login to view URL] **Background:** The application above basically acts as a frontend for launching various emulator programs for playing games. I am basically recreating this application in .NET for my own personal use. I have completed the configuration utility, and now want to begin working on the main application. **Explanation:** If you visit the website above, you will see a java applet that mimics the actual application in question. You can also download the demo version. When you move the left or right arrow keys on your keyboard (the actual keys used can be configured in the configuration utility), you will see images orbiting a large main image. This is what I need duplicated. The program on the website only accommodates 9 emulators spinning around the main image. My application will accommodate at least 30. I need the code written in a way that, depending on the number of emulators choosen, the images for each emulator will be spaced evenly in a circle around the main center image. Only 6 images will be visible around the circle at one time. Even if a user has setup all 30 emulators, only 6 can be seen around the circle until they begin spinning it. All information for the application will be read in from an XML file. Once I have accepted a bid, I will also send over the code for the configuration utility. This will cut down on the work since most of the code is already written for that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 95/98/ME/2K/XP Visual Basic .NET or C#
