MSFlexgrid Sorting Problem

I have a form with a two column MSFlexgrid. I created a sorting routine that is working fine. I have a routine that identifies the column that was selected. This part is not working consistently. If you click on the head of one column repeatedly, the sorting will go as planned. If after clicking on one column for 5 times, you then go and click on the other column, it will work one or at most 2 times.
After it gets stuck, the routine is identifying the wrong column as the one that was selected. I am using the MouseUp event to identify which column has been selected. Something in there is the problem.
I need for you to fix the form so it works all the time. This should be a quickie for someone.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
