3D-Plotting of Ion-Way

Hello, I need a Visual-Basic-Program or even better a C# Child-Form (10$ extra) which works with directX. The Programm should be able to read in a set of x-y-z-Coordinates, which are in the Data-file, and plot them in 3D. The Data-file has the format of the attached file. The first Block is marked with a *. These points should be connected to a polygon. The other blocks marked with a ** should also be connected to a polygon, but with an other color - so in the end it looks like a tree. The program should handle about 50 to 100 times the data of the atached file. The data is appended every time at the bottom of the file. I want to move through the Ion-Way like in Counter-Strike (mouse + arrow-keys). So I thought DirectX would be the best.
